Sharing enhancments

Share notes and notebooks with others in your group, even if they haven’t started using Notes yet. They’ll see what you sent the first time they open the app and sync. A shared note now shows a colored share icon so you can tell at a glance which of your notes are shared.

Desktop refinements

Addional shortcuts are now available in the system tray menu: New Note, Search, and To-Dos. The View menu adds Shared with Me, Shared by Me, and Force Full Resync. Right-click any note in the list to manage sharing or quickly move it. Notes you open and close without typing are quietly discarded so your list stays tidy.

Quieter mobile sync

The progress bar at the top of the screen no longer flashes during background sync. It now appears only for longer sync operations.

Bug Fixes

• Your own shared notes are no longer mistakenly read-only.
• “Shared by Me” populates the moment you share.
• The share indicator updates immediately after you share or unshare.
